Sign Up for Focus Groups by March 30
Please let us know your name and e-mail address and then rank your interest in participating in the following five focus groups by clicking on a number (1 denoting the most interest, 5 the least) for each focus group in which you would be willing to participate. You will be assigned to only one focus group, and we will make every effort to give you your first or second choice. Once the groups are established, you will be contacted about a meeting day and time during April.
